on a cleanse

I've been cleansing myself in every which way.

Everything in Asia is small, especially the rooms. It's been a little difficult finding room to exercise indoors (outdoors is out of the question since it can reach 5 degrees F/-15 degrees C in Seoul). I spent my first night in Seoul sleeping on traditional floor mats in a tiny hardwood floored room. I used this opportunity to do yoga right on my "bed" and I felt so centered and calm. It's been such a trip (literally) traveling through first Tokyo and then Seoul, without phone service, unbound to a lot of responsibilities I'd normally be burdened with at home, and gaining so much experience and knowledge along the way. This tee by fellow blogger babe Jordan of The Balanced Blonde is so fitting because I feel like I really AM on a cleanse--mentally, spiritually, emotionally, and physically (the food in Japan and Korea is so much better for you than food in America!). The Balanced Blonde also has an app out for me to whip up easy and healthy smoothies and meals on the go for when I have a jam-packed day. It's incredible how travel continuously evolves a person.
