The 12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge is designed to CHALLENGE you! It works just like the song. Feel free to sing along as you huff and puff your way through it!

**If you are not currently working out then start now with the 12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge! If you are currently working out then add the 12 Days of Christmas Fitness Challenge to your current workout.

Even though it says “12″ days of Christmas you do NOT have to wait until 12 days before Christmas to start! Start today!

The Challenge

Complete each exercise and the corresponding reps daily until Christmas. LOVE IT!

  • On the 1st day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – a 1 Minute Plank
  • On the 2nd day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 30 Pushups
  • On the 3rd day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 30 Squats
  • On the 4th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 15 Updowns
  • On the 5th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 30 Dips
  • On the 6th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 1 Minute of High Knees
  • On the 7th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 30 Bicep Curls
  • On the 8th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 25 Situps
  • On the 9th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 30 Glute Raises
  • On the 10th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 1 Minute Mountain Climbers
  • On the 11th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me – 30 Lunges (each leg)
  • On the 12th day of Christmas, NoSkinnies gave to me 12 – 60 Jumping Jacks
