frenchy

So here’s another one for the series ‘Frenchy Looks I Would Totally Wear In Paris If I Were To Ever Visit That City Again’. I have no idea whether people actually dress like this in the French capital, but I know I would! What’s not to love about red, white and navy stripes? It’s been 10 years since I last visited Paris and I would love to go there again. I took these pictures together with Lily, who recently visited the city and told me about the beautiful scenery. It’s almost impossible to find Parisian locations in The Netherlands, so whenever I find a place that gives off the same chic vibe I get totally excited. This garden is actually in the middle of the city centre of Haarlem and I bike past it almost every day. I really wanted to shoot some pictures there one day and this look felt like the perfect fit! I quite like the symbolism behind this place; it was built by a really rich man in 1769 as a gift to the poor and an example to the rich. So much for today’s history lesson, see you again tomorrow kids
