This Week’s Most Loved… #96.

This week’s roundup is quite the luxe edition, I usually try to include a budget brand where possible but it just wasn’t happening this week – sorry guys! If you’re feeling flush post-payday then look up this lot…

First on my list is the brilliant Bobbi Brown CC Cream (£29), now I know I spoke about this just a few weeks ago but it’s amazing! I cannot stress enough just how much I love this product – it works wonders on my skin, helping to improve the appearance and making sure my base looks great. It does more for perfecting the skin rather than adding coverage, the idea is to actually wear it under your base as it helps to even out tone and improve the overall look of skin. I just love it, I have the shade Warm Nude and it manages to conceal redness and angry blemishes and even out tone. Win.
The only other makeup item I’ve really been loving lately is the RMS Un-Coverup Concealer (£28), I wasn’t a massive fan of this until I moved house… genuinely. This flat is a little warmer than our old cold flat so this pot of concealer is softer and blends so nicely. Before it was solid and impossible to blend, so it’s great to actually be able to use it now. This stuff covers ALL – seriously, it’s so perfecting and yet so light, it looks almost invisible on the skin too.

I’ve been testing out the new Jo Malone fragrance recently and I’m obsessed! I mentioned yesterday that I’m pretty picky with fragrances but I think I’ve found my ideal scent with the Jo Malone Wood, Sage & Sea Salt fragrance. Seen here is actually the body cream, which I’ve been slathering on obsessively over the last few days. The collection (permanent, woo!) is launching next month and it’s incredible – it smells just like the sea, in a very rural, ‘cold winter walk’ kind of way. Don’t expect a California Gurls fragrance here!

Lastly, I have to give mention to this Aesop Resurrection Hand Cream (£19) which is currently a staple on my bedside table. I’ve really not been looking after my hands lately, I’m just obsessed with washing them so they always feel so dry and my cuticles are giving me hell. I’ve made a promise to myself to liberally slap on more hand cream, especially before bed, and this little wonder is really helping me in this mission. It smells delicious, feels beautiful to apply and really sinks in so well. Me love.
