A London Beauty Haul.

No trip to London is complete without a splurge or two, and I seem to have taken this to the next level. I had some time to kill in the city last week, so I decided to treat myself…

The first stop was & Other Stories, with the intention to pick up some more of their Fig Fiction goodness! If you haven’t already experienced the incredible scent of this range, I highly recommend you get involved. I ended up choosing the & Other Stories Fig Fiction Hand Soap (£4) and the Hand Lotion (£5). I have these sitting on my sink at the moment and I’m obsessed with my hand washing routine – they are that good. I love having a soap & lotion double act, before my hands would get so dry but since it’s right there, I can’t not slather on some hand lotion.

I had such a hard time trying to choose from all the dreamy scents, and I didn’t want to buy loads because I would have to carry them home (the only thing that stopped me buying the lot!) but it was hard to pass up as they’re just so affordable. In the end I went with a Body Scrub (£7) in the scent ‘Belleville Bakery’ – if you try one thing from the brand, let it be their body scrubs! This is my second or third tub, although I always choose a different fragrance each time, and I’m obsessed. I’ve never tried any scrub like it!
I wish I had got more from the Belleville Bakery range as it smells so damn delicious, vanilla and citrus mmm.

I also stopped off at the Aesop stand in Selfridges, mainly because I had packed very light for my trip and felt like my skin needed some TLC. Lovely Luce was on hand for some giggles, and she helped me choose a couple of picks – the Aesop Purifying Facial Exfoliant Paste (£35) being one of them. This stuff has been on my ‘to try’ list for a while now, and I’m so glad I picked it up! It’s a lovely face polish that gently buffs away impurities, lightly exfoliating the skin so the complexion glows after application. I have seen a difference already, and it’s quickly become one of my staple treatments.
I also picked up the Aesop Fabulous Face Oil (£40), I haven’t used a face oil in a while and I’ve really missed it from my routine. I use this most evenings now, on it’s own as my skin prefers not to be overloaded with lots of products. Luce said this clears up blemishes like no other, and I have to agree – it leaves my skin super supple, glowing and really clear.

A bit of a naughty haul, but definitely worth it! Have you tried any of these?
