pastel cactus print dress c/o OASAP
porcupine quill necklace c/o 9th & Elm
vintage cat charm bracelet
pastel pink spiked boots from TBA

Why have I just now gotten around to owning a dress with the entire midsection cut out? I can not think of a more perfect dress for the blistering 90 degree Montana summer, though it might cause for some awkward tan lines. I really hate living in a place with extreme weather year round but c'est la vie for now. Anyway, this print totally reminds me of the cacti/planters my parents had around the house when I was growing up.. soo 90s. At this point in time I would probably question that interior design choice, but I'm totally digging it as a print.

I decided to go with the spiky theme and wear this amazing (ethically sourced!) porcupine quill necklace 9th & Elm so kindly sent over to me. I didn't think the quill would be this big since I've never actually seen a porcupine in person nor have I ever seen a necklace like this before. I really love that it turned out to be a statement necklace because I can never get enough of those. 9th and Elm features a curation of handmade and independent designers so if you're ever looking for something unique be sure to check them out. The entire site has free shipping as well, so that's always a plus in my book!
