Post workout healthy Irish car bomb protein pancakes. Because festive? Actually no. Because everyone else on ig is doing it and I’m a sucker for peer pressure. I forget about St. Patricks Day. :xWhoops. Anyways. This is chocolate protein pancakes layered with spinach protein pancakes (green!) topped with an “Irish cream” infused chocolate protein icing and edible gold star sprinkles️. Such a bomb stack. No pun intended

Chocolate and Green Pancakes
Irish Cream Infused Chocolate Icing
Grind the oats into a flour. Add the coconut flour, egg whites, lowfat cottage cheese, stevia packet, baking powder, and vanilla extract. Blend until even. Split the batter into two. To one half, add chocolate whey protein and unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend until even. To the other half, add vanilla whey protein and a handful of spinach. Blend until even. Cook each batter on a medium heat into 3 pancakes for a total of 6.
Make the icing by micing the 6 listed ingredients. Place on top of the stack of pancakes! Devour!
