Local holiday snaps

One of my favourite places in the world is the beach. No matter what the weather, there’s nothing better than the smell of salt in the air and the sea breeze blowing through your hair. Me and my boy are very lucky in that his parents own a caravan that sits a stones-throw away from a gorgeous stretch of sand, so we’ve been making a real effort to visit as often as we can. Our most recent trip happened this week, and we had a very mixed bag when it came to the weather. We woke up to fog two mornings, but it soon burnt away to reveal glorious sunshine which meant I was able to capture a variety of pretty photos. When we’re there we like to go for long walks and this occasion was no exception, exploring some of the local scenery and saying hello to some of the local wildlife. With me and my boy planning on buying our first home this year, I can see us saving our pennies and holidaying here as much as possible, making the most of having such a beautiful location right on our doorstep.
