last minute gift ideas for everyone you know

I am a notorious last minute shopper. But this year I did it. They’re all done. I mailed the boxes to family out of town, wrapped the gifts for family in town, and shipped off all my etsy orders in time for their holiday celebrations.

BUT if you’re like me and are usually running around right before Christmas trying to find something for your every loved one, look no further. Gift guide!

Couples

My go-to this year: my girlfriend Kelly’s work at Of Thistle & Thyme. Perfect for a couple. No one would not love her beautiful wood wall art. She is kind enough to offer a discount to my readers:

THANKSNELL for 15% off. HOP over there now. I bought a number from her this year and was allowed to review a set!. Love them!!

This?

Or that?

Adult Women

Hair products? Jewelry? A good book? A knit scarf?

My friend Mandi sells Lila Rose and I use my hair sticks all the time. And when I can coax her into it, my daughter uses her bobby pins. Buy from her here. And see my review of her products here.

Jewelry? Try our sponsor Christian Bling. LOVE their unique work and love that it can be religious without being overtly gaudy. Sorry, but some religious jewelry isn’t beautiful. Weird, but true.

Scarves? My friend Anna knits beautiful ones! Remember her? Interview here & shoppe here!

Adult Men

Facial hair maintenance. Panasonic Nose, Ear and Facial Hair Trimmer Wet/Dry

. Thank me later.

Or, for those you’re less close to, a stainless water bottle. Because hydration. And definitely the wide brim.

Klean Kanteen Wide Insulated Water Bottle with Stainless Loop Cap

Pre-Teen

Art projects or educational books? Yep and yep for the pre-teens in our lives.

We did a little Calligraphy Kit

and Geo Puzzles
for the goddaughters this year.

Kid

We’ve loved the heck out of our Janod Box Story firefighter one and I’ve stocked up on these for presents! Cannot go wrong. The box is part of the game, as in, it’s the setting for the pieces inside. The kids are insanely into it.

Wild West? YES: Janod Story Box Far West

. And so many other ones.

AND amazing books from Usborn sold via my friend Molly.

She recommended the Dual Readers: The Little Book of Train Stories, The Complete Book of Farmyard Tales and the Book of Bible Stories. As we’re doing phonetic reading, she also recommended Ted and Friends as a collection of our Phonics Readers.

As nice as Wikipedia is, I really want an encyclopedia for him so she told me about the Encyclopedia in stock right now that you can see inside it on the British site HERE.

And because we have a million questions that cannot answer because I know nothing about how things work, well, the title says it all: How Things Work.

For SweetPea as she’s in a frenetic art stage: there are doodling wipe clean books, How to Draw Animals, How to Draw People, Step by Step Drawing and the First Big Book of Doodling, Drawing and Coloring is 192 pages of activities! I’m sure she’ll share with her brother. Begrudgingly.

Babies

Well, they love things to chew on so these books like Indestructibles: Jungle Rumble!

Or something simple like a teether like this one BabyLoves loves: HABA Toot-Toot Rattle

Or our fav blocks that babies grow into building with, but start out chewing on, made in Minnesota! Beka Wooden Blocks – Standard Set

the links to amazon are affiliated, and Christian Bling is a sponsor, but I get nothing but love for the other ones :)
