Like Love Loathe #22

Can you believe it is Tuesday again? I honestly can’t seem to keep up with the days flashing past – I’m sure this year is moving at light speed, do someone want to stick their foot off this roundabout and try and slow it down a little? I would love you forever!!

Anyway until a timey wimey slower downer has been invented – right now it’s time to link up with Bex at Futures and celebrate Like Love Loathe Tuesday!

This has to be an easy one, we got a new mattress last week, it’s a full memory foam one, (our previous one was memory foam and springs) and oh my it is wonderful, it is perfect to just sink into of a night and feel all cosy and cocooned into. I’ll be doing a full review soon but for now I’ll just dream of getting back into it tonight.

Love
It has to be Fred this week – on Friday I got out of the shower to find a lump in the lounge (I didn’t have my glasses on so everything was blurry), after Ash rushed over we realised it was a little bird, who had decided to sit in the lounge door, as Ash was due at work and after a failed attempt at popping it into the garden we put it into the guineas carry case and ran it round to my parents. They did some digging and discovered it was a Swift – unsure if it was young or an adult we attempted to relaunch it but when that didn’t work we took it to the vets, who said it was perfectly OK, but would need to go to the British Wildlife Rescue Centre to be completely checked out. So we popped Fred up there and s/he has now safely been identified as a youth that had either been pushed or feel from the nest and is now being fed up ready to be realised, once Fred and the other Swifts at the centre are ready. Amazing to think that Fred will in a few weeks take off and not land for around 4 years!

Loathe
I’m not sure what is going on lately – it seems like everything is ready to blow and anything can set it off – I know I seem to be on some sort of knife point, where I can just totter over the edge at the slightest of pushes.
