Hello, stove & fryer!

Last week was a big week here at NOLA!

We crossed major tasks off the to-do lists.

But the most exciting news is that we installed the stove, fryer and exhaust system!

This makes us eligible for our second Metro Gas inspection, WHICH IS AMAZING. Supposedly the wait between the second and third inspection is 2-3 months and we just don’t have that kind of time to wait around hoping the city workers will arrive to come and change our gas pipes!!

So everyone send some good vibes to us in Buenos Aires, por favor!

I was so giddy when I saw the kitchen equipment installed. I felt like a little girl wanting to play ‘house’ in my new kitchen.

ALSO- I believe I have finally fixed the blog’s automatic email updates when there is a new post published. Please advise me if you are still having issues.
