You guys, I am so ridiculously excited about this announcement! I’ve been waiting to tell you, and hinting about it on Facebook, for weeks…I’ve officially partnered with The Gym at Station Park and The Gym at City Creek!

I’ve been going to The Gym at Station Park for a year now and I absolutely love it! It is so clean and pretty (what, you don’t chose your gym based on how pretty it is? ;), they have all the latest equipment, and I love, love, love the classes and instructors!

I am so excited to be working with them! We’ll be working together to provide fun FREE events where you can learn about health and fitness, they’ll be offering my readers exclusive deals and discounts, and they’ll be writing fitness posts for the blog and answering all your fitness and nutrition questions!

FITNESS: In this seminar you will learn tips on how to tighten and tone your most troubled areas and specific techniques on how to maximize your time in the gym, how to keep fitness simple, and how to keep things fun by switching up the types of exercises you do. Fitness can truly be a lifestyle that you can enjoy and that doesn’t take up all of your free time or deprive you of eating your favorite foods as long as you know the correct techniques.

NUTRITION: It is possible to enjoy the holidays without the dreaded holiday weight gain! Tiffany, creator/host of the Feel Great in 8 Challenge will share simple tricks for making healthier choices, how to enjoy holiday foods in moderation, and how to make your favorite holiday recipes healthier. All attendees will also receive a free Healthy Holiday Recipes ebook!

MONEY SAVING: Everyone wants to get the best deals over the Holidays and all year long. Becky, owner of the popular blog Utah Sweet Savings, will give us her tips and tricks for saving money on your Christmas gifts this year. Keep your stress down and enjoy the holiday season by getting your shopping done early, easily, and save a TON of money!

TIME MANAGEMENT: Time management is huge when it comes to making sure you can get as much done in as little time as possible. We are all so inundated with so many things to do such as keeping the family together, watching our children, being a mother/spouse, and all the other hats that we wear. Greg, from the The Gym, will teach you specific techniques on how to be efficient such as getting the best workout in 30 minutes or less, how to break up your day so you can fit fitness into your life, and how to stay focused and on task. Having a plan where you do the right things at the right time is what it is all about.
