I loved the chance to read Michelle Van Loon’s new book If Only: Letting Go of Regret. Me? Regret? Ha! I tend to over analyze things and then wonder if I’ve made the right decision. This book was an easy read but one that also walked you through the process of unresolved regret comparing it to a “leech that steals from our present in order to feed the pain of our our past, hindering our future in the process.”
