Easy Baked Meatballs

Forget frying! These meatballs come together in just 10 minutes and then are baked to perfection in the oven. No oil splatters or manning a frying pan here! These Easy Baked Meatballs are the perfect addition to a plate of spaghetti or any recipe that calls for meatballs.

An oldie but a goodie that I’m finally getting around to sharing with you. Shame on me! Hopefully you won’t hold it against me but instead start enjoying these meatballs instead!

I looked in the binder I wrote this recipe originally in and apparently we’ve been enjoying these since 2003. It’s definitely a keeper! They started as a great addition to pasta dishes and then they became our Christmas day meal of spaghetti and meatballs so that everyone is able to enjoy the day together rather than worrying about cooking a large meal. Besides, who doesn’t love spaghetti and meatballs?!

Forget frying! These meatballs come together in just 10 minutes and then are baked to perfection in the oven. No oil splatters or manning a frying pan here, thankyouverymuch!

These meatballs also freeze well. Have a few extra minutes and want them at the ready? Prepare and bake as directed. Let cool completely and then store in a zip top bag in the freezer until you’re ready to enjoy. They simply need to warm through and they’re ready to go!

These meatballs are also the star in my Four Cheese Meatball and Sweet Pepper Lasagna.
