We're Feeling: Copper Details

We're currently lusting over simple metallic details around the home, and the warm tones of copper go perfectly with just about any colour scheme. Here's some inspiration for you to browse...

If you find metals can look quite cold and uninviting, copper is a great place to start as its easier to work in to your current decor and also has adds so much substance to a room.
Start by working in copper accessories; metal storage boxes, wire baskets and perhaps a candle holder or two. If you feel this works, pick a metallic table lamp or even a coffee table and work in colours around it.

We find that pastel tones work surprisingly well with copper, especially mints and muted greys. Sticking to a very easy colour palette may be best at first, however. White walls, copper accessories and monochrome or mahogany furniture looks so on point.
