When in Oslo…

Where to start. Olso is very sleepy on the weekends and the streets were particularly deserted when we first arrived. We (being the trio I’m with) had a great dinner on Saturday night at Statholdergaarden. I ate some “sweetbread” that was part of the main course without knowing what it was. Know that I do, I probably won’t be trying it again but it surprisingly wasn’t disgusting. Good wine, good good, and great company made for a fantastic first night.
