FAB'RIK LOVES PRETTY SWEET LIFE EVENT RECAP

A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of hosting a shopping night at Fab'rik Augusta. I used to work retail when I was younger and it totally brought back fond memories of sharing what I love and helping others put together cute outfits. Only, this was way better since it was served with love from a boutique I can't get enough of, cupcakes, bubbly and girlfriends who also have a passion for fashion!

Fellow Augusta blogger, the very sweet Rachel, from A Preppy State of Mind stopped by to shop. It's always fun to meet other bloggers in real life!

Who's excited about large floppy hats for the fall?! I've already added two to my wardrobe. Come on crisp fall weather, come on!

What I love most about modern fashion is that there's a feel of anything goes. One day I can wear a preppy dress reminiscent to one my mom may have worn at my age, the next day I'm wearing cuffed jeans and "skater-chic" leopard sneakers and the next it's a boho chic maxi from Fab'rik! There are nods to so many different periods of time making it easy to mix vintage (or almost vintage) with new.

If you visit Fab'rik in the near future for anything it should be for their jeggings from Spanx. They are hands down THE best pair of jeggings I've ever slipped on.

Thank you SO much to the Fab Girls for such a fun and successful event. You ladies are amazing and I can't wait to hang out (and shop!) with y'all again!
