Happy Friday all! Today I'm sharing a new scrapbook page that I created using one of my recent FREE digital cut files called
Happy Times. I used the words "Good Times" to create my title. This photo is from a trip to Chicago last fall to meet up with some dear friends of ours. We had a great time together taking in the Windy City...especially when it came to eating!!! Here we are eating at
90 Miles Cuban Cafe...YUM!!!
I created the page using the Heidi Swapp Hello Today collection that I picked up at Michael's. I love the colors, patterns and of course the glitter that is part of this collection. The chevron / triangle shapes were fussy cut from one of the pieces of paper in the collection. I then staggered them before attaching them to the page.
I had a lot of fun enhancing the star pattern on the background paper by tracing stars with my Marvy Uchida Le Pen in Dark Grey and an oldie but a goodie stencil from The Crafter's Workshop called Star Shower. Then I added some sprinkles of Colorshine, Enamel Dots and Gold Stars!
Here is a closer look at the title I created using my cut file. This is my handwriting, which made adding it to my layout even more fun! If you like it, click on the link below to download it.
