Luella Bartley and Katie Hillier made their debut yesterday at Marc by Marc Jacobs, and have completely revamped the line. Their collection for the newly rebranded MBMJ was equal parts fit for a military officer, Grimes, or ninjas. All in all, the clothes were interesting, directional, and had serious presence. The young spirit of MBMJ is still there, what else would you expect from such fun designers though? I'm looking forward to what Luella and Katie do in the future.
