No Pain No Gain

That's the motto I've been raised on, and it has followed me into adulthood and even while I discovered heels. I love a good heel and am spotted in heels more times that flats. But I think we all know the main problem with heels is the pain. I tend to do a whole day at work then a night out while in my heels, so am often wearing them for upto 20 hours at a time, which is why my feet sometimes need a bit of support.

These are my Georgia Rose heels and I love them a lot. But walking in them gets a bit rough at times, as was obvious when I went to Bounce (a ping pong bar) last week. Luckily I had some Scholl products thrown in my bag. It used to be plasters in my bag, but I've switched up to Scholl and they worked a miracle. I tend to get a lot of blisters and scars from my shoes sometimes, so these gel cushions were a massive help during the evening. I put cushions in all my really uncomfortable shoes and they do make all the difference. They stop the likes of cracked heels and make it easier to get through the night.
