the world is an ice palace

Depending on where you live, you may or may not have heard that Toronto, as well as many other cities (as well as states) experienced an ice storm last week. Although it definitely created havoc for many people, it was beautiful. It transformed the world into an ice palace. I was simply amazed and delighted by how delicate everything looked. I felt quite guilty in my delight considering how many people were spiting the storm, but if you take a look at these photos, I'm sure you'll agree that even though mother nature may be harsh in her power, she does things in style.
