{Tracy & Shawn} Wedding, Bandon Oregon

I shoot a lot of "Beach Destination Weddings" I just happen to live at the "destination" lol. Which makes it an easy commute! Well, easy for me, not so easy for everyone else. Tracy and Shawn are from Nashville, Tennessee. They came to Bandon a few years ago and fell in love with it - and the idea of getting married here. I was so glad the weather cooperated to make their dream sunset beach wedding on the Oregon Coast a reality.

Tracy and Shawn's family and friends made their way to Bandon from all over the United States. It was a small group but all so friendly and nice. Most of them flew into Portland Tuesday night and drove down to Bandon, getting in after midnight. A golfer once told me that it was easier to get to Scotland than it was to get to Bandon - isn't that the truth!? We like it that way! If it was easy to get to than everyone would be here, right? :)

The beautiful flowers were provided by Abundant blooms. Connie always does such interesting things - I just love her work!

The whole week up to the point of their wedding day had been gray and drizzly. Their wedding day was beautiful and clear - cool and windy - but they got the beautiful sunset ceremony they were dreaming of.

The reception dinner was at Edgewaters in Old Town Bandon. A great way to wrap up a beautiful day.
