This yoga towel lays atop your yoga mat. It helps to prevent slipping as it is very absorbent. It is amazing how much one can sweat when doing yoga! It also prolongs the life of ones yoga mat.

I even took mine to the beach because it is microfiber and dries quickly.

It washed up nicely, but unlike the travel towel, I didn't like using it to dry off with when I got out of the shower. But, then again, that is not what it is made for. I just wanted to give it a go and see how it did.
