Ingredients:Grated (Bottle Gourd) Doodhi 1 Cup*
Whole Wheat Flour 1/2 Cup
Bengal Gram Flour 1/4 Cup
Semolina 2 tablespoon
Ginger-Greenchilli Paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder 2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder 2 teaspoon
Fennel Seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
Baking Powder 1 Pinch
Coriander Leaves 2 tablespoon
Sugar 1/2 teaspoon
Curd 2 tablespoon
Oil 2 tablespoon
Salt To Taste

Method:
- Peel the skin of the bottle gourd and grate it. Squeeze the excess water and take only the grated bottlegourd. Measure 1 cup of grated bottlegourd and start with the preparation. Take the wheat flour, besan and semolina in a bowl and mix well
