This is again a combination of onion and tomato, but there is a slight variation. In this, we are going to use all the ingredients as raw and not going to saute them. This spice-sour raw chutney is a wonderful combination for parathas. We generally serve parathas with plain curd or raitha. Paratha Chutney Recipe
Ingredients:Onion 1
Tomato 1
Red Chilli 2
Salt To taste
Tamarind 1 gooseberry size
Chopped Ginger 1 teaspoon
Garlic Cloves 3
For Seasoning:Oil 1 teaspoon
Mustard Seeds 1 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds 1 teaspoon
Curry Leaves 1 fist full

- Roughly chop the onions and tomatoes and add it to the mixer along with ginger, garlic, salt and tamarind. Grind it to a nice paste and take it in a bowl
