Ingredients:Raw Rice 1 and 1/4 Cups*
Parboiled Rice** 1/4 Cup
Urdal 1/4 Cup
Salt To taste
Chopped Ginger 1 teaspoon
Green Chillies 2
Curry Leaves few
Chopped Coconut Pieces 1 tablespoon
Whole Black Pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Hing a Pinch
Oil For frying
*1 Cup = 250ml ** For Neivedhyam parboiled rice should not be included
Method:
- Wash and soak the rice and dal together for 2 hours. After 2 hours, drain the water and take the rice and dal in a mixer or grinder
