Good Morning! Day 3 was another good day although I had the fight the afternoon sugar cravings and I felt tired after work. I had big plans to go to the gym but putting my jammies on when I got home sounded much better.
I refer back to what we ate during our first Whole30 a lot, so even if I don’t have much to say I’m going to post my food daily, so I have a log of it again.
We’re trying to be a little more open minded about breakfast this time around instead of eating the same thing every day. This is leftover steak with green beans, onions, mushrooms & bacon, avocado and a mix of strawberries and pineapple.
Leftover Golden Cauliflower Soup
I’ve been wanting to try Paleo Pad Thai for months, so Dane made it yesterday. I loved it! We used chicken breast but the recipe suggests chicken thighs and shrimp as well.
I contributed by making a double batch of Sunshine Sauce. We used half for this recipe and now we have some extra in the fridge.
