sneak peek bathroom makeover
My goodness! Were you wondering when I was going to get my act together and post something already? Me too, ;) I've been popping up a little bit on facebook and I'm addicted to pinterest but summer has officially happened my friends. My busy little guy and I have been on the run since preschool let out and I am determined to take advantage of every day I have left with him before he goes to "big boy school." Sniff sniff. We have been up to lots of fun projects, swim parties and activities. I'll show some pix when I get a chance to catch my breath.
In the meantime here is a peek into my bathroom because you know I totally caved and bought that ikat rug I was crushing on. I decided to pair it with a fabulous white tuxedo shower curtain from Target. Wow! Changing colors can totally transform a space. My previous shower curtain was pretty dark (think brown, red and, orange vertical stripes) paired with a dark red shag rug and it was making the room to ... um, dark. I love how much bigger and airy this room feels now!
