Heartbreaking ➡ 7-year-old ate bugs to stay alive as he wasted away to 25 pounds!

Heartbreaking...thank God he was saved and hopefully survives from the physical and emotional trauma done to him...what sick people, if you can call them that to do that to another human being. May God save him!

I hope the grandparents, parents and anyone who knew about this intentional neglect and abuse is sent to prison for life for attempted murder,and abuse/neglect,child endangerment!! Sick!
