A Floral Frenzy - Part 1

Poppy Bralet - Topshop Shorts - Topshop Vintage Heels - New Look Hat - Primark
Flowers have been a huge pattern trend since the 60's (Flower Power oh yeah) and I love nothing more than these girly prints!
Botanical designs are so sweet, romantic, and effortless and when paired with bright denim, you can easily create a look that is classic, casual, or chic.
I have always been in love with all things shabby chic and embracing the shabby chic aesthetic as far as fashion goes, it just screams vintage femininity!
There is something very special about attire that resembles old-fashioned play and values.
Of course the more traditional shabby chic way of dressing is of course the layering of fabrics with colours that are of a pastel nature which also include ruffles, ribbons, crocheted garments, cameos etc!
Ah, I just love it!!
So, with floral prints blooming this Spring, it is certainly timely with Mother's Day on the approach as it's not just a reminder of the beauty of flowers, but of mothers around the world too!
I will be taking my very lovely Mum to Cliveden House for Afternoon Tea to celebrate Mother's Day so I shall post some photos in order to share with you the grandeur and splendour of this grand estate!
I hope you all have something lovely and special planned for your mums this Mother's Day!
♥ XOXO ♥
