Oh my goodness! Have you missed me!? I am so sorry I fell off the face of the earth. Life has been a whirlwind! Let me catch you up on what’s been going on! First, my parents went to CHINA for a week! Amazing right!? I had the privilege to stay home with Matt while they partied it up in China, we partied it up at home. This also was during the last few days of school and start of summer school. Let me just tell you that being the “mom” to a special needs little boy leaves NO extra time! I give my mom huge praises for how well she manages her time and takes such amazing care of Matt. Next, they came home and my brother left for a week to California (let me remind you that he leaves for his mission 2 weeks from when he left to Cali). I spent my days shopping with my mom getting all of his mission clothes and everything purchased. I also helped to get everything ready for his farewell that SUNDAY! Ah! Craziness right!? He had his farewell last Sunday (June 8th) and I bawled like a little baby… He has 6 really really good friends who also all have their mission calls and are getting ready to serve and they all sang “Called to Serve” together. Let me just tell you it was one of the most amazing things I have ever heard at church. The last week I have spent my days at my parents soaking up every last minute with him… I still can’t believe that he leaves WEDNESDAY… I have never had anyone really close to me leave for their mission so I am struggling… Brayden has grown up so much and I am just starting to like him ha. He is going to be an amazing missionary!!
So I am so sorry that I dropped of the face of the earth. Family will always come first to me and there was a lot going on this time all back to back. I promise to be back full force now!
