SIMPLE SUNDAY DINNER.

Oh Sundays. How I love having another day off. Some Sunday’s I’m just not in the mood to cook though. Let’s be honest, we have 1:00 church which means I sleep in until 10, make it downstairs for cereal by 10:30, and then head upstairs to get ready before I eat lunch and head to church. Zach is the rockstar in our family who wakes up at 5:30 or 6:00 to make it to meetings all morning before church for his calling. I’m just blessed to have a husband who let’s a home cooked meal slide sometimes and we can eat these yummy Chili’s® at Home frozen food meals! (SCROLL DOWN FOR A COUPON!)

Saturday night while doing grocery shopping (I always wait until the last minute and then am grumpy to go…) I told Zach I wasn’t in the mood to cook tomorrow and I wanted the day off ha ha. He laughed and said okay and we headed down the freezer section. When I saw these yummy frozen meals from our favorite restaurant Chili’s I about died! There were so many flavors to choose from!

Zach chose to go with the Chicken Fajita Rice Bowl. When he came home from church and was starving from being there all day he plopped down on the couch and turned on football. I headed to the freezer to “make” dinner. I threw this baby in the microwave and in around 7 minutes he had this delicious meal! He said it reminded him of spanish rice and he was pleasantly surprised with how good it was! I could tell that he really loved it because of how fast he scarfed it down.

I chose to go with the Chicken Bacon Ranch, let’s be honest when I saw the words bacon I knew this was the choice for me! It was so creamy! I was worried the broccoli wouldn’t be as tender as I usually like it, but to my surprise it was absolutely yummy! It was the perfect serving size for me. I left feeling full and my taste buds full of Chili’s bold flavors without going to the work of making dinner or having to pay restaurant prices with a tip!

Big, bold and tasty flavors of Chili’s® at Home made my Sunday a relaxing and happy day! Quick, easy, and delicious meals are exactly what we needed tonight! I am so glad we tried these delicious freezer meals! Oh and just so you know, you can buy single serve or multi-serve! We chose single serve so we could try a couple different flavors!
