Sugar Rush

Cotton candies leave me in nostalgia for they bring me to the good ol' days that I had as a little child: in the street which we used to pass along back in my hometown, there were a great number of varieties of street food being sold; and cotton candy was always my favorite. My mom bought us one every time we pass by it, and the sweet scent still lingers every time the distant images form in my mind.
The spring trend introduced pastel to the fashion mainstream. The soft sugar shades of cotton candy pink, bitter lemon, cantaloupe, and mint make a good fashion statement during spring, and who would have thought that these candy hues are versatile and perfectly in this fall?

1. Pastel-on-pastel - I personally believe pastel-on-pastel is the best way to work the trend, however we might as well take into consideration that some pastel colors don't go along well as a combination.

2. Print-on-pastel - The delicate semblance of pastel also goes along well with the boldness of prints.

3. The trend works perfectly if you keep it less accessorized and dainty.
