Lemon Paradise Cocktail

Happy friday friends!! For whatever reason, this week has felt particularly long. I’m not so secretly excited to sit back, relax and sip on an extra strong bevvy. If I had my choice, this lemon paradise cocktail would be it. I’ve yet to personally attempt it, but if I know MR Bartending at all, I know for a fact it will be perfect.

• 2- Slices lemon
• 4-6 raspberries
• 1- Sprig rosemary
• 1- Sprig mint
• 1oz - Simple syrup
• 1-1/4oz Spiced Rum
• Coconut Water
• Soda Water

1. Muddle lemon, raspberry, rosemary, mint & simple syrup in shaker
2. Add coconut water & rum, shake and strain into glass
3. Add splash of soda water

PS: HIS ORANGE FIZZ COCKTAIL IS RIDICULOUS
