Recipe: Honey and Nut Breakfast Yogurt

This is one of my favourite simple breakfasts to make when I’m in a hurry or have leftover yogurt to be used up. I was debating even calling this a recipe, because it’s literally so simple, but I thought I’d just share it anyway.

INGREDIENTS:
Greek/Natural Yogurt
Honey
Mixed Nuts (though, walnuts & almonds are my favourite)

METHOD:
Crush up the nuts in a tea towel or blender into small chunks. Pour the honey into the bottom of a small glass – I didn’t measure it out, but just put in as much or little as you want. I like mine to be quite sweet. Then top with some yogurt (again however much you like – I used a 150ml carton) and sprinkle the nuts over the top. Then give it a good mix up before you eat it. Yum!
