Trim Pinecones with Beads DIY

kraft&mint original design, content, artwork, photography copyright 2013-2014

I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. Christmas in Lima takes place just before Summer begins, so pictures of snowy landscapes were foreign to me until I moved to the Seattle.

I was inspired to trim my pinecones with a tropical fruit! The “ornaments” I made for my pinecones consist of pineapple beads, and jump rings. Very easy and quick to do.

Please take a look at the “wordless” tutorial I put together for you.

Do you live somewhere when Christmas is far from cold but quite warm and tropical? Or do you get away during the holiday season? I would love to hear from you ;)
