Police are asking for the public's help finding an 85-year-old Hartford man, who went missing trying to get to his deceased wife's home on Friday morning. Collazo, who suffers from mild dementia, was trying to get to Ellis Manor, which is on George Street. Ellis Manor is where Collazo's deceased wife used to live, police said.
