Detectives with the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office are searching for a missing woman from Shallotte. Authorities said 21-year-old Tiffany Sheppard was last seen at her home on Tuesday, Nov. 25 around 7:30 p.m. She was last heard from by text around 8 Wednesday night. Tiffany is about 5'1" tall, weights about 120 pounds, and has hazel eyes with brown hair. She also has a bears several tattoos including a dolphin on her right shoulder with the words "happiness is free" and a butterfly on her left shoulder, according to officials.
