LEAGUE CITY, TX (KTRK) -- An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing League City toddler. Police say 18-month-old Genessa Helene Bryant was last seen with her biological mother, Tyresha Renea Cheek, 30, at Almeda Mall this past Sunday. Investigators say Genessa is approximately 3 feet tall and weighs 25 pounds. She has short brown hair, brown eyes and a light brown complexion. Tyreshia Cheek (nickname "Eve") is a black female, standing 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds. She has brown, shoulder-length hair, brown eyes and dark brown complexion. Police say she has a history of drug abuse.
