A leather mini skirt can be somewhat challenging to dress down if you’re wearing it during the day. I always stick to easy pieces that can go from day-to-night hence this vest and skirt.

Last week was spent at the office working on new designs and shipping orders but had a few showroom visits so I made sure to amp up my leather skirt without looking too over the top. This awesome vintage tee was the perfect piece to dress it down but I wanted a statement piece that would complete the whole look of easy-chic.

This oversized tuxedo vest has been one of my favorite buys recently and it’s been so versatile so I knew that it would be the icing on the cake for this tee and leather skirt combo…. and the mules? Well, they were the added bonus!
