Sundressing.
I’ve learned to master how to pack light when it comes to mini trips just like my quick trip to both Santa Clara and San Diego. Since I knew hot weather was going to be pretty major in both cities, I made sure to pack easy pieces that can take me from day to night.
Lately, i’ve had to rely on re-working what’s in my wardrobe because I really haven’t had time to go shopping for new clothes, which makes me sad- but I have been working/traveling non-stop making it hard to shop and two) been focusing and working on new things that I can’t wait to share! However, I find it fun and challenging to be able to re-wear some of my favorite pieces because we tend to just keep buying and buying, and not wear whats already in our closets. I know I can be guilty of that. Thoughts?
Anyway, this little slip dress is one of those pieces that I packed with me and re-worked into a different look from how I wore it in Dallas. I knew I was going to be running around the city so a pair of flats did the trick, plus a little pop of red around the wait helps break-up the all nude color scheme.
Ps- Thank you guys so much for all the sweet comments regarding my hard drive. Glad I wasn’t alone and you guys felt the same way… I’m currently still waiting to hear back from the shop to see if the photos can be saved! I’ll keep you guys posted, keep your fingers crossed for me! xo
Also, thanks for all the feedback regarding what you’d like to see on SJ, many of you had great ideas and I wrote all of them down. Now I just gotta find a way to schedule them into the blog, so be patient with me! I promise you, I will post all about my hair, beauty regime, fall essentials, etc etc soon!
