Healthy and Fit 2014
This year, I want to be healthy and fit. This is not a resolution but a goal that I need to reach and keep. I am not getting any younger I know. So I have to start to take care of myself. I am proud to have gone out walking and jogging for three straight days now. Plus free Zumba classes on Saturdays. Feels so good.
If there would be a resolution for this year, I could only think of one thing - drink 8-10 glasses of water daily. I even learned that it s much better if our water intake is at 1-2 glasses every hour. I can do this!
I am really passionate about being fit and healthy. I am even scheduled to check out clothes to match my daily jogging and walking routine. Also, I need to download songs that would rev me up while jogging.
Can you suggest songs for me to download and add to my playlist? Thanks!
