Cocoa Daisy “Grey Street”

February is all but over.
What a month it’s been!
School has been back for 3 weeks,
I’ve been back at work for 3 weeks,
We’ve started back with all the afterschool activities,
We’ve had 2 birthday girls in the house,
I’ve had a trip to Sydney with Megan, to see her specialist,
And last weekend we had Grandma visit
While I had a trip to Melbourne with Dave.
Lots of things to scrap about!
Just as well the March Cocoa Daisy kits arrived this week
And I had time to put some thoughts on to paper.

Love this green, it’s one of my favourite colours,
And I love that there was lots of possibilities in the kits.

Love the cork and I used it with one of the transparencies from the kit
You can read more about how versatile the transparencies are here on the Cocoa Daisy blog.

We enjoyed our little time away.
We enjoyed running away.

3 weeks of the new school year has flown past super quick.

Everyone has settled back into the school routine.

Jessica started High School and has settled in just fine too.

Doesn’t seem like 3 weeks since I took this photo.

But i’m sure the rest of the year will fly past with equal vigour!

Speaking of school…

Today was House picnic day for our High School girls.

They dressed in their House colours and went off for a day of fun.

I took a photo before they left

And I finished this page a couple of hours later.

Did I mention I love that green??
Now don’t go thinking the kit is just green
Because it’s not.
I’ll be back soon to show you the other 2 pages I’ve created
And they aren’t as green.
Which makes me think of Kermit the Frog and has “it’s not easy being green” song.
