This has been an interesting week. I was still sick at the beginning of the week so that was obviously annoying. Jarrod has been out of town so I have been on pug duty all alone. Rosie is obsessed with him so I think she was a little depressed that he wasn't around. The first day that he was gone, she just laid by the door waiting for him. So sad and pathetic.
But anyways I've been feeling burnt out from being sick and doing the home stuff all alone so I'm lacking in creativity so I'm gonna do a currently post like my girl With Love, Rachel recently did.
Currently...
Loving: Watching my pugs do their crazy play fights. Rosie was so standoffish when we first got her so I love seeing them play with each other more. Rosie mainly sleeps all day long so it's good to see her being playful. (Also you can see me modeling my and my friends' rings at brunch on Sunday - we tend to take turns wearing each other's rings whenever we get together. Totally normal.)
Reading: The White Queen by Philippa Gregory. I loved the series which I think was on Starz in the summer. The book is pretty similar so I don't know if I'll read the rest of the books in the series. Speaking of, I just joined Goodreads if you want to add me.
(Binge) Watching: Scandal. I just started watching it this week and I can see why people are obsessed. Can I be Olivia Pope when I grow up?
Wanting: To go on my honeymoon right now. Last week we booked our honeymoon to Maui and I can't wait.
Eating: Cheesecake and Chipotle. After being sick for about the last week, I'm finally able to eat food. So basically I've been eating junk food. Oops.
Anticipating: Going back to the gym. I usually go to ballet class twice per week plus the gym several times per week but I have been severely slacking since the beginning of the year. I've been sick a couple times recently, so my workout routine has been so crappy. Can't wait to get back to a regular workout schedule.
Thinking: That spring needs to get its ass here. I know we're all over winter and we're super over everyone talking about how we're all over winter. But, seriously.

What would be your dream vacation if you could go anywhere? I would want to sail around the East Coast, down to the Caribbean and then head over to visit Mexico! All while living on the sail boat (huge dream of mine)!
What's the hardest part of being in a long distance relationship?
Making sure that you can communicate. As horrible as this sounds but in some ways I am still glad that our relationship started off with a year apart because our relationship is much stronger because of it What has been the hardest part of blogging? For me it was figuring out and convincing myself that no matter the stats, followers, and all the other things that seem to matter when blogging, ChemGradBoom is a place for me! I love writing about the randomness in my life, even if no one finds it amusing. After I realized that it seems that now I have more people who do find the blog and appreciate it! What would you be embarrassed for people to see on your DVR? I would say RHO___ (I love all of them), Gypsy Sisters, and Sister Wives. After reading these I think I may need to re-evaluate what I watch!
Have you ever broken any bones?
I have one broken bone, my nose and it was all the BFs fault. I grew up on a lake and decided to take him out for a jet ski ride. 10 seconds into the ride, he grabs the handle bars and next thing I know we are in the water. As soon as the BF looked at me he began to freak out, I on the other hand swam over to the jet ski, hopped on and looked down at the yellow seat that was now red! After getting to the hospital I had a broken nose, had to get about 10 stitches and had a concussion from the accident! Never again will I take the BF on a Jet ski ride and I still have no idea what actually happened during the accident!
