the sadness of the rosie

Pugs are notorious for several things. Smooshy faces. Curly tails. Googly eyes. Stinky farts. And sad looks. Rosie has cornered the market on making the most pathetically sad faces ever, but she’s actually a very sweet and happy puggy. But when she does her sad face, I like to say it could be on a “sorry for your loss” type greeting card.

This is my post and my thoughts of what little miss Rosie is thinking. You know, if she could tell me.

“Pug buttttts roasting on an open fire!”

“I wish Bowie would scram so I could rest my chin on dad instead of Bowie’s back fat. Brothers, huh?”

“Don’t I look so sad? Doesn’t that make you want to feed me, huh?”

“I always say, give me a patch of uncomfortable dirt, a concrete pillow and the sun and I am one happy lady.”

“Don’t you just want to sit and ponder life sometimes?”

“Human put a bunch of toys on my head again while I was sleeping, right? I don’t see the humor in this.”

“What do puggies who don’t have human feet to lay on even do with their time?”

“Don’t come near this chair. I am perfectly rolled into a pug loaf and super comfy.”

“It’s cold, I’m standing in snow and have a snow beard and you’re taking photos?! Get my chunky butt back in the house, give me treats and warm me up!”

“Why so many photos?”

Basically this was a photo dump of cute photos of Rosie. Obviously. She just has the most pathetic looks sometimes which I just have to document. And why have a blog if I can’t share her cuteness will of you guys, right? Right. Happy humpday. Oh and shameless plug – follow me on Instagram @jackiejade19 if you like pug photos. My feed is about 80% pug photos so you won’t be disappointed!
