Peek of sparkles – Easy Half Moon Manicure Nail Tutorial
Hey guys! It’s time for another nail tutorial. I spotted this beautiful nude polish called “Southern Charm” from Nicole by OPI’s newest collection inspired by Carrie Underwood a couple of days ago at my local Meijer. I immediately wanted to pair it with something sparkly, and Essie’s “Ignite the Night” polish from their newest Encrusted Treasures Collection was the perfect match. I really like the look of half moon manicures and decided it would provide the perfect peek of sparkle in this look. On to the tutorial!
Step 1:
Apply your base coat followed by three coats of Essie’s Ignite the Night and let dry completely.
Step 2:
Once your polish is completely dry (luckily this glitter polish dried pretty fast) apply your reinforcement labels to the bottom center of each finger.
Step 3:
Take OPI’s “Southern Charm” and apply it over the glitter polish until opaque (about 3 to four thin coats). Follow up by peeling off each reinforcement label.
