Chunky Chocolate Covered Strawberry Trifle

Some girls love jewelry, others love perfume... flowers.... clothes.... those may make you swoon...
I love chocolate. covered. strawberries.
Oh, dear! Now, don't get me wrong... I've never been opposed to a dozen roses or my favorite perfume, I'm just saying, chocolate covered strawberries are a hit, every time. Ha! So, this afternoon, when I peaked into the fridge, and noticed the strawberries on the shelf.... and the cream cheese... and the whipping cream... It hit me like a ton of bricks...
...you can thank me later!
It's so easy to make!
You'll need:
-Oreo cookies (I used approx. 30) -Fresh strawberries -Whipped Cream (I made homemade) -Chocolate pudding mix (family size) -16 ounces of cream cheese -3 cups of milk
1. Crush the Oreo cookies and set aside. 2. Slice the strawberries and place those aside. 3. Mix the pudding mix, the cream cheese, and 3 cups of milk. The "chunky" part of the trifle comes from this layer. I blended the three ingredients together, however, I didn't incorporate the cream cheese entirely... there are still tiny chunks in the pudding. It helps relieve a bit of the sweetness of the trifle. 4. Begin layering your trifle with crushed cookie, pudding, whipped cream, then strawberries. 5. Share with your family... don't just sit with the entire trifle and a spoon...

Enjoy!
