Translation: I bought a mixer the other week (the question now is how I managed to wait so long?!) and what can I say, I’m obsessed. Perfect as a snack between the meals and to get some extra protein and good fats. This one I did after my workout yesterday! Some milk, 1 banana, 1 avocado, 1 kiwi and one scoop of protein powder. So good. Do you make smoothies & if so, do you have any personal favorite? Now I’m off for some meetings!
