Style Stalking: Elizabeth Banks
If you're like me, you probably think of Elizabeth Banks as the sharp tongued and hilarious Avery Jessup in 30 Rock ("I've never quit anything in my life. I'm still in Girl Scouts. I have 9,000 badges"), but it's The Hunger Games: Catching Fire promotional tour that has reignited my love of Elizabeth Banks.
I've never really taken note of Elizabeth's red carpet style before so maybe it's a new stylist, or maybe it's just her fearless and varied red carpet styles from The Hunger Games promo tour, but I'm loving her latest looks. Each city's premier was just so different to the last I couldn't wait to see what she'd wear to the next.
My stand-out favourite was definitely the stunning yellow Jason Wu dress (above) which she wore to the London premier. Teamed with a sleek pony tail and minimal jewellery, Elizabeth even stole the show from my other style crush and The Hunger Games star, Jennifer Lawrence.
She also had more than a touch of Kate Moss when she went all 60s hair and smoky eyed wearing a gold and glittering Elie Saab gown in Berlin. Again, totally changing her style and look from the other red carpet styles. I love a girl who takes a fashion risk and doesn't stick to a red carpet formula!
