I have recently watched the biographic movie (which as everything in Bergen comes 10 yrs later than everywhere else) and have been spellbound by YSL talent, his persona and outmost his intensity in both creating and destructing, with the vast legacy for anyone who would follow in his footsteps as a helm of the house. I will even admit to even sheding a tear at the end, despite the fact that the outcome was far from a surprise.
But in the (movies) perspective I do understand where Hedi Slimmane is finding his inspiration source : the 70′s clubbing scene, the underground most important the node to the demotic clothes of the people on the streets adopted for luxury market.
